User-Generated Content Policy

Where the Site allows users to upload, post, submit, or otherwise share content (“User Content”), you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit.
• You warrant that:
  • the content is accurate (where it states facts);
  • it represents your genuinely held opinion (where applicable);
  • it complies with all applicable UK laws and regulations.
• You agree that your content will not:
  • infringe intellectual property rights;
  • be defamatory, offensive, or unlawful;
  • mislead or deceive other users.
• By submitting User Content, you grant uShape a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content.
• We reserve the right to remove or edit any User Content without notice.
• All User Content is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
• All reviews can be edited, removed or can be use as guided material.
• All bought in last month counts may be inaccurate due to third party data receiving uploading  and editing process.
