Returns and Exchanges

If, once you have received or collected the Products, you decide you would like to return any Products to us, you may do so subject to certain conditions outlined here. Our return policy does not affect the statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including your cancellation rights or your rights in respect of defective or faulty goods. All returns or exchanges of orders, must be returned within 14 days from the day on which you receive your delivery. If your order is shipped in multiple deliveries, you will have 14 days from the day on which you receive your last delivery for that order.

We will accept the return of Products that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached proof of purchase. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns of products which are not suitable for return due to health safety or hygiene reasons such as facemasks, swimwear, underwear, jewellery or beauty products where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed after delivery to you, nor of custom-made or personalised or bespoke items (including items that have been monogrammed or engraved)

Please note, for orders placed on or after 5th August 2025 on our Site a return fee of £5.00 per order will be applied. The return fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. 

Option 1: By Mail (£5.00)

Registered User: Visit your ‘Order History’ section in your account to initiate the desired return.
Guest User: Search for the order you wish to return here.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and complete the required information. A return fee of £5.00 will be deducted from your total refund per every return made.
The cost of the return request is £5.00, which will be deducted from your refund.
Securely pack your merchandise. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials if possible.
Follow the instructions provided and drop off your return package at any local post office or drop off location indicated. Note: The Royal Mail parcel tracking you will receive will only confirm that your parcel has reached a UK facility. From here your parcel is forwarded on to our European returns centre where your return will be processed
Your return will be processed within a maximum of 14 days. A refund for the item will be made to the original payment method.

Our return policy allows you to return items within 14 days of delivery in new, unused condition with original tags attached. A £5.00 return fee applies to online orders placed after 5 August 2025, deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

 Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons or custom-made products cannot be returned.
