2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 noon (local time) may not begin processing until the following business day.
Please note: Processing times are separate from shipping transit times. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout begin after your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. 4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME AT CHECKOUT
An estimated delivery date or window will be displayed at the checkout stage of your order. This estimate is calculated based on:
• Your delivery address and postcode / ZIP code
• The shipping method selected
• Current carrier availability and known transit times
• Standard processing time
This estimate is provided for guidance purposes only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery may fall outside the estimated window due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY PARTNERS
We work with a range of third-party delivery partners and courier services to fulfil orders across the UK, USA, and Canada. These may include, but are not limited to, Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, and other regional or national carriers.
Please be aware of the following:
• Delivery partners are assigned automatically based on your location, order weight, dimensions, and service availability at the time of dispatch.
• We cannot guarantee the use of a specific carrier for any given order.
• Delivery timeframes advertised by third-party carriers are subject to change without notice and may differ from our estimated delivery windows.
• Once an order has been dispatched to a third-party carrier, transit times are governed by that carrier's own operational schedules and are outside our direct control.
• Delays caused by third-party carriers — including adverse weather, industrial action, high-volume periods, or carrier-side errors — do not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping fees, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number on the respective carrier's website to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team.

7. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PARCELS
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification card or send an electronic notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Parcels not collected or re-delivered within the carrier's holding period may be returned to us.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery:
• We will notify you via email upon receipt of the returned parcel.
• Re-dispatch may be subject to an additional shipping charge.
• If you choose not to have the item re-dispatched, a refund may be issued for the product value only (excluding original shipping costs), where permitted under applicable law.

8. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We are unable to predict or advise on the exact amount of any such charges, as they vary by country, product type, and declared value. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing an international order.
Please note: Customs delays are entirely outside our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund of shipping fees.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
We take great care in packaging your order. In the unfortunate event that your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with the following:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of damage (if applicable)
We will investigate the matter with the relevant carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement, re-dispatch, or refund at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
