  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • You have 14 days to cancel your order after receiving goods;
  • Items must be unused and in original condition;
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is owned by or licensed to uShape and may not be used without permission. All reviews can be edited, removed or can be use as guided material. All bought in last month counts may be inaccurate due to data receiving uploading  and editing process.

For purchases made through ushape.online customers may become eligible to participate in a Monthly Draw promotion. The Monthly Draw will only be activated when the minimum number of qualifying buyers specified by the Company (100 buyers) is reached within a particular promotional period, including the stated hourly timeframe. Only customers who successfully complete eligible purchases during the qualifying period will be entered into the Monthly Draw. The draw may be conducted at any time within one (1) year after all promotional conditions have been fulfilled. The Company reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases and to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary. All decisions made by the administration of [ushape.online] regarding eligibility, winner selection, and all matters related to the Monthly Draw shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or disputes will be entertained.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, uShape shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the purchase amount.

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site if terms are breached.
